Digvijay International School maintains a strict policy regarding the payment of fees for admissions, tuition, hostel facilities, and specialized coaching (Navodaya and Sainik preparation). Please read this policy carefully before making any online payments.

1. Application and Registration Fees All fees paid toward the submission of online application forms, admission registration, or entrance examination processing are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, whether a student is offered admission or not.

2. Tuition and Hostel Fees

• Voluntary Withdrawal: If a parent/guardian chooses to withdraw their child from the school or the residential hostel after the academic session has commenced, fees paid for that term are non-refundable.

• Expulsion: In the event that a student is expelled from the school due to disciplinary reasons, no refund of any fees will be processed.

• Mid-Term Admissions: Fees for mid-term admissions will be calculated on a pro-rata basis as determined by the school management, but once paid, remain subject to the standard non-refundable terms.

3. Duplicate Payments In the event of a duplicate payment or transaction error occurring via our online payment gateway, parents are requested to contact the school administration immediately at digvijayinternationalschool@gmail.com with proof of the transaction. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original source of payment within 7 to 30 working days.

4. Policy Modifications The school management reserves the right to modify the fee structure and the refund policy at its sole discretion prior to the commencement of any new academic year.
